Got a great recipe for roasting turkey or for leftovers?

I cook the bird in a plastic bag to 155f(allowing for carryover). Put herbs/onion in and out of the fowl. Will roast at 200-250f for 5 to 8 hours.

When done the turkey rests for a couple hours while the stuffing is cooked with the juices- which might make it a little dense but is so flavorful.

Then I break tradition and pull all the meat off of it instead of craving the bird up. Nice!
